Test benchesThe MQB Test Bench represents a model of a car electronics where all units can be seated and work as usual in cars.
This test bench is mainly intended for supporting the development and testing of MIB3 projects.
The advantage of this solution is that tests can be run without the need for an actual car. The MQB Test Bench is made of a lightweight aluminum construction. The structure holds a wired harness fixed in a wire duct, which is intended to connect ECUs to evaluate technologies and accessories.
The front side of the test bench provides a place for the installation of ABT, SMLS, KI / FPK, and other hardware. Additional units can be installed on the sides of the test bench, where data buses and sockets are also located. The power and data terminals are located on the backside. This provides extensibility to the test bench. We offer various accessories for this test bench.
Thanks to the flexibility of the mechanical design and a suitably designed wiring harness, the test state can be easily modified and extended. Custom modifications are also possible.
The MQB Test Bench can be made online (connected to the backend) or offline. It is also possible to extend the test bench using a Remote Test Lab Enabler that allows the user to remotely operate it from any location using a web browser.
