Complex ECU Testing from Development to Deployment

We provide end-to-end testing for development, from pre-production to post-production. Using our proprietary TestAut2 tool, we conduct integration testing on BreadBoard test benches to test communication, diagnostics, question current and overall ECU functionality. This all-encompassing testing covers all development stages with real-world vehicle testing verifying robustness, reliability and seamless functionality, performance, and behavior of ECUs.

Scalable Toolchain for Vehicle Data Acquisition & Analysis

We offer a robust, reliable, and scalable toolchain for efficient data acquisition with minimal impact on vehicle usability. The system includes HMI display recording, continuous function checks, and online notifications. Over-the-air data transfer during test drives speeds up analysis. Our in-house graphical interface is seamlessly integrated into the vehicle display for easy operation.

Vehicle Testing & ECU Updates with Patented Solutions

We specialize in verifying customer-relevant functions on real cars. We perform tests in garages, real road traffic, and on test polygons. We verify the robustness of the ECU flashing process under real car conditions and provide solutions for updating standalone ECUs and entire cars, including the IBN process. Our patented automated solution, GORDON, guarantees efficiency and reliability. Additionally, we focus on verifying the quality of E/E component suppliers to ensure the highest standards for our customers.
